Types Of Dentures Offered In Tulsa, OK

At Galleria of Smiles in Tulsa, OK, we offer several types of dentures to make it easier for you to find a teeth replacement option that is just right for you. Learn more about each of the options below to get a better idea of what type of denture may work best for you.

All-On-4, All-On-5, All-On-6 Implant Dentures & Same-Day Smile

The All-on-4™, All-on-5, and All-on-6 technique allow us to support an entire arch of replacement teeth using just four to six dental implants. With this technique, your entire smile can be replaced in just one visit. We will use IV sedation to keep you comfortable throughout your procedure and when you wake up, you’ll have a brand new, beautiful smile!

Fixed Prettau® Zirconia Bridge

The Prettau® Zirconia Bridge is a great option if you’re in need of replacement teeth but not for all of your teeth. This specific type of bridge is great because of its strength and durability. Our dentists at Galleria of Smiles have completed special training that allows us to offer you this affordable, acrylic-free solution.

Removable Implant-Supported Dentures

Dental implants can also be used as part of the framework necessary for removable implant-supported dentures. Our anchors, provided by Zest Dental, pivot to give you biting and chewing power comparable to natural teeth. That means you can eat whatever you want without thinking twice about your teeth!

The Zest Dental framework snaps securely into place and can be quickly and easily removed.

Traditional Dentures

If you’re more of a traditionalist, we also offer premium traditional dentures. While not one of our same-day solutions, we do offer full and partial traditional dentures. Partial dentures are great to replace only a portion of your teeth. Our premium-grade dentures are custom-made to look just like your natural teeth and gums. Like most traditional dentures, these dentures are held in place by your saliva or a denture paste and are removable,

Caring For Your Dentures

While exactly how you care for your dentures may vary based on the type of denture you wear, care instructions are generally the same across the board.

First and foremost, you should always handle your dentures carefully. They can break, so we typically suggest cleaning them over a towel or a sink full of water just in case you drop them.

You should also brush your dentures twice a day, just as you would your natural teeth, but with a cleaner made specifically for dentures. Regular toothpaste can be too abrasive and the last thing you want is to cause more damage to your dentures!

If you’re wearing removable dentures, remove them at night and store them in a proper soaking solution. We can discuss proper soaking solutions during your visit. Soaking them each night will prevent your dentures from drying out and becoming misshapen.

If you notice your dentures becoming more loose or ill-fitting than normal, schedule an appointment with us so we can check to see if your dentures need to be replaced. Call us right away if you damage or break your dentures.
