We Want To Help With All Your Restorative Dentistry
Bob needs a cavity filled.
Betty needs to fix a broken tooth.
Billy needs to take of a tooth infection.
And Beth needs to replace a missing tooth.
If they lived in or near Tulsa, OK, our dentist office could help all of them with restorative dentistry. At Galleria of Smiles, we take pride in being able to provide so many dental services in one location.
Let us show you what we can do. Call (918) 496-8010 or contact us online to schedule an appointment.
Below, we will explain how we can fix each of the problems mentioned above.
▶ Bob’s cavity
More than 90 percent of American adults will have at least one cavity during their lives. Even if our Bob isn’t a real person, this is a real problem that will affect most of us.
Cavities are caused by tooth decay, and the sooner you seek treatment, the simpler the solution will be. By coming to Galleria of Smiles, we can remove the decay from Bob’s tooth and then give him a tooth-colored filling.
These fillings are made from a composite resin that blends in with the rest of Bob’s teeth. Most of Bob’s friends may not ever know which of his teeth had a cavity.
▶ Betty’s broken tooth
When Betty signed up to play for her company softball team, she thought it would be a fun way to get to know some of her co-workers. (She also thought it would be a good way to see if she was still as good as a player as she was in high school.)
Things were going great, until she stepped up to the plate, took a swing, and somehow fouled the ball off directly into her teeth. One of those teeth broke.
At Galleria of Smile, we would recommend fixing this problem as soon as possible. With sedation dentistry, we can reshape her tooth without causing her any additional pain. Then we can restore the shape and function of her tooth with one of our E4D same-day dental crowns.
▶ Billy’s tooth infection
Earlier we mentioned that taking action early to deal with tooth decay makes treatment simpler. Well, Billy would be an example of someone who waited a little too long.
Billy noticed the black spot on his tooth. Even as it got bigger, he didn’t think he needed to worry about it since it didn’t hurt. Only now it does hurt — a lot — and he needs a root canal treatment to remove the infection.
Again, we offer sedation dentistry at our dentist office in Tulsa, OK. We can keep Billy pain-free throughout the procedure. When we are done, his tooth will be saved, his smile will look normal, and he will be able to eat again without pain.
▶ Beth’s missing tooth
People lose teeth more often than most of us realize. Part of the reason we don’t know is because of how good restorative dentistry can be.
For Beth or someone else missing a single tooth, a dental implant is a great place to start. Dental implants are replacements for the roots of missing teeth. This can make a tooth replacement more stable and secure.
After the implant is placed and Beth’s mouth has healed, we can bond a dental crown to the abutment of her implant. When it’s all put together, her implant and crown will look, feel, and function just like one of her natural teeth.
More Restorative Options
You may need restorative dentistry for any of the reasons mentioned above, or you may need another problem fixed.
You could have a chipped tooth from biting into a piece of hard candy. You could crack a tooth biting down on an unpopped kernel of popcorn or an unexpected olive pit.
You may be missing multiple teeth or even a complete arch of teeth. In those cases, a series of dental implants can be carefully placed in your jaw to support a dental bridge or a full set of dentures.
Then again, your teeth may wear down naturally over time depending on what you eat and your biting and chewing habits. Dental veneers may be just the thing you need to restore your teeth to their full size and shape.
Regardless of your restorative dental needs, our team at Galleria of Smiles has the skills, the experience, and the desire to help. Call us at 918-302-2401 or contact us online to learn which of our restorative services may be right for you.
